博士后的主要任务是协助导师运作好yl6809永利官网实践哲学研究中心。
该中心成立于2011年9月，徐长福教授为创办人和现任主任。该中心旨在整合本地区实践哲学研究的学术力量，搭建一个有关实践哲学的国内、国际学术交流平台。
该中心开展的活动主要有5种：（1）成员内部的“逸仙实践哲学研习会”，每月一次；（2）以资深学者为主讲嘉宾的“实践哲学讲坛”，不定期举办；（3）以yl6809永利官网哲学系实践哲学方向的研究生为主体的“异质性哲学研讨会”，每年一次；（4）面向所有以汉语为学术语言的海内外同行的“汉语学界实践哲学论坛”，隔年一次；（5）汉语学界和非汉语学界之间的“中外实践哲学对话”，隔年一次。

该中心主要推出的出版物有：（1）“实践哲学的传统与创新”丛书，由重庆出版社出版；（2）《实践哲学评论》年刊，由yl6809永利官网出版社出版

The main task for post-doctorate research is to assist the supervisor to run the Center for Practical Philosophy of Sun Yat-sen University (SYSU).
The Center was founded in September 2011. Professor Xu Changfu is its founder and the present director. The Center aims to set up a platform for both domestic and international academic communication concerning practical philosophy with support from local specialists in the field of practical philosophy.
The Center launches five kinds of activities as follows: (1) ‘Yat-sen Seminar on Practical Philosophy’ is held monthly within the members of the Center; (2) ‘Practical Philosophy Lecture’ invites renowned scholars to give lectures aperiodically; (3) ‘Seminar on Philosophy of Heterogeneity’ will be held yearly within graduates from the discipline of the Practical Philosophy in the Department of Philosophy, SYSU; (4) ‘Chinese Forum on Practical Philosophy’ is held once every two years for Chinese speakers around the world; (5) ‘Sino-foreign Dialogue on Practical Philosophy’ is held once every two years between Chinese scholars and foreigners.

The Center is preparing the following publications: (1) Series of ‘The Tradition and Innovation of Practical Philosophy’, to be published by Chongqing Press; (2) Review on Practical Philosophy, to be published by Sun Yat-sen University Press annually.
陈少明 Shaoming Chen 中国哲学 Chinese Philosophy 从事“经典与解释”项目的协作研究，在经、子关系、经、史关系或者四书学三个领域中选一课题进行研究，独立完成博士后研究报告一篇 Formal post-doctoral fellows should participate in our research project which titled “Classics and Interpretations”, and they are expected to devote full-time to research on one of these following three fields: Relationships between Confucian Classics (Jing) & Philosophy (Zi), or between Confucian Classics (Jing) & History (Shi), or the Four Books (Si-Su) studies. Definitely, They should submit a formal post-doctorate dissertation after their own research work completed independently.
