岗位职责：

- 参与全球及本土顶级企业高端人才寻访，招聘外包等各招聘项目。

- 独立完成或参与全部招聘流程。

- 利用各种专业渠道达成招聘结果。

- 人才评估与职业规划建议。

- 保持与客户紧密而专业的沟通过程。

- 管理招聘过程中涉及的各项数据，确保完整准确并做有效分析。

任职要求

- 本科及以上学历，专业不限

- 具有企业家精神

- 热衷于成就/帮助他人

- 积极而开放的心态，乐于拥抱变化

- 结果导向，执行力突出

- 对招聘及人才管理有兴趣

- 优秀的中文口语及书面表达能力

- 学生干部优先

- 英文听说读写能力突出者优先
